The paper submitted should have never been published or submitted for publication anywhere else. After the selection process has finished, all papers accepted by the committee will be given a chance to be presented and will be published in the conference proceedings. The conference will be evaluated by several publishers of proceedings to be indexed by Web of Science or Scopus.

Selected full papers (based on the evaluation scores) will be published in international journal indexed by Scopus in special edition.
